University Management Reviews Construction Progress
Gulu University's leadership, under the guidance of Vice Chancellor Prof. George Ladaah Openjuru, is actively overseeing the construction of the new Business Development Centre. The aim is to guarantee the project's timely completion, adherence to safety protocols, and overall quality of work.

Collaborative Assessment Held
A recent assessment meeting brought together key stakeholders, including top management, student leaders, the Emergency Management Team (EMT), the contractor, and supervisors. This collaborative effort focused on developing strategies to expedite the construction process and ensure the facility is ready as soon as possible.
Addressing Infrastructure Needs
Deputy Vice Chancellor Prof. Davy David Okello Owiny highlighted the critical need for the new centre, stating it will alleviate pressure on existing university infrastructure. The growing student population necessitates additional space to accommodate academic and administrative activities, thereby improving service delivery and the learning environment.

Canteen Facility to Open Soon
In addition to the main centre, the contractor has committed to completing the canteen space by October 10th. This will provide immediate convenience for students and staff upon the facility's opening, offering a much-needed amenity.
